Decaf coffee

Decaffeinated coffee has the majority of the caffeine content removed, leaving only traces of caffeine in each cup. There are several ways this can be achieved through processing methods, including the Swiss water method, direct and in-direct solvent processes and the carbon dioxide method. Each aims to retain the maximum flavour to create a great-tasting decaf coffee.
