Please note that unless there is an error, coffee products can only be returned if they are unopened and all packaging is intact.
Once we have authorised your return, we’ll send instructions on where to send your return. You can return by post or in person at the Pink Lane Cafe.
Refunds are issued when the products are received back at our Roastery, so please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method. You can also exchange your item or receive credit for our online store.
Cancelling your order
As per Distance Selling Regulations, online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of placing your order. This only applies where the order is cancelled before dispatch or returned in full.
