This is a coffee produced by fifth-generation producer Diego Baraona in the Usulután department of El Salvador. Diego took over the farm in 2020 after his father's passing and works to continue his family's 130-year legacy of coffee cultivation. The farm sits at a unique altitude and microclimate, ideal for coffee production, and employs environmentally and socially responsible practices such as collecting rainwater and shade growing coffee under trees. This lot of Orange Bourbon coffee underwent Natural processing, where the freshly harvested cherries were dried on sun exposed beds for 35-40 days.
